Insurance Surveys

An Insurance Survey is for current owners who have changed insurance companies or have been requested by their present insurance company. to obtain a current marine survey. This survey is necessary for the insurance company to determine whether or not the vessel is an acceptable risk and is most interested in what could sink it, blow it up or burn it. Usually a sea trial and haul out are not required, but survey conditions are spelled out by the insurance company.
