Expert Witness Services

Surveyor is contracted to use his or her expertise in the marine industry to aid the plaintiff or to defend some one having a marine related problem may involve litigation. Duties of the expert witness function ranges from consulting with attorneys to a sworn deposition and testifying in court. Compensation for these services is by the hour and is charged at a much higher than normal rate due to most of the time a few hours of deposition or testimony can take all day.
