Damage Surveys

A damage survey is usually performed at the request of an insurance company, but can be requested by a boat owner to dispute the insurance company's findings and settlement terms. In both cases it is performed in order to assess the extent of damage to the vessel, recommend repairs, assess repair costs and if requested determine the probable cause.
