January 2011 Marine Damage Consultants, LLC provides marine damage assessment, loss management, and appraisal service for Yachts & Small Craft, and Marina Facilities in the following geographical areas. Oklahoma - Kansas - South West & Central Missouri - Arkansas - North Texas If desired, we are willing to travel beyond this area. Regular Claims Work $99.00 Per Hour Inspection time, research and report generation are charged at the full hourly rate. Hourly Travel $60.00 per hour (Driving Time), Plus $0.60 per mile vehicle charge. There are no charges for digital photographs. When necessary, Lodging, airfare, rental vehicles, etc, will be charged at cost plus 10%. There is a one time office charge of ½ hr which includes file setup, initial telephone calls, facsimile charges, report copying, and mailing fees. Invoices show details of all charges. Litigation Expert work, $165.00 per hour. Consulting contract required. Hourly Travel $60.00 per hour (Driving Time), Plus $0.60 per mile vehicle charge. Depositions or Court appearances are charged on the day rate of $1,500.00 for up to a 9 hour day. Any time over 9 hours per day is charged at the regular hourly rate. Plus Expenses, lodging, air fare, etc. Catastrophe Work, flat rate per claim, quoted by area and condition. Please call for estimate. |
