RATES $90.00 Per Hour Claims Appraisal Work Hourly rates apply to travel to the assignment, inspection time, research and report generation. There are no travel charges in the Grand Lake area, the charge outside the area is $90.00 per hour plus $0.75 per mile, round trip. There are no charges for digital photographs. Expert Testomony and Technical Legal Assistence $125 per hour, Day Rate $1,000. Depositions and Testomony will be charged at the day rate Plus Expenses, lodging, air fare, etc. There is a one time office charge of $50.00 which includes file setup, initial telephone calls, facsimile charges, report copying, and mailing fees. Invoices show details of all charges.
