| Philip Topps, Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors® Surveyor Associate, has over 30 years of experience in boating, including maintenance, repair, and equipment installation. Mr. Topps holds an Associates Degree in Marine Technology from Suffolk College, SUNY. Completed the Elements of Yacht Design (Yacht Design Lite) from the Westlawn Institute of Marine Technology. Member of the National Marine Electronics Association (NMEA), certified Marine Electronics Installer, and has worked for Viking Yachts/Atlantic Marine Electronics. Member, United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. |
